Your tasks
- You customize the Linux kernel and the bootloader U-Boot for our hardware
- You create and modify Linux kernel drivers
- You program microcontrollers and processors and implement communication interfaces between processors and peripherals
- You customize root file systems/distributions (e.g. Debian) for our products
- You put hardware assemblies developed in-house into operation
Your profile
- You have a degree in (technical) computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- You are experienced in software development with the C programming language
- You have sound knowledge in the development of Linux kernel drivers
- You are familiar with (Debian) package management and automatic builds
- Dealing with version control programs such as Gitlab and bug trackers as well as DevOps (CI/CD) is a matter of course for you
- Strong self-motivation, a high level of creativity and a reliable way of working in a team round off your profile
- Good knowledge of German and English
