Embedded Software Developer with focus on Linux kernel/GnU for industrial measurement products (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You customize the Linux kernel and the bootloader U-Boot for our hardware
You create and modify Linux kernel drivers
You program microcontrollers and processors and implement communication interfaces between processors and peripherals
You customize root file systems/distributions (e.g. Debian) for our products
You put hardware assemblies developed in-house into operation

Your profile

You have a degree in (technical) computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
You are experienced in software development with the C programming language
You have sound knowledge in the development of Linux kernel drivers
You are familiar with (Debian) package management and automatic builds
Dealing with version control programs such as Gitlab and bug trackers as well as DevOps (CI/CD) is a matter of course for you
Strong self-motivation, a high level of creativity and a reliable way of working in a team round off your profile
Good knowledge of German and English
