It specifies the number of measurements or samples per second and is given in Hertz (Hz) or in \"samples per second\" (samples\/s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sufficiently high sampling rate is crucial for the correct digital representation of an analog signal.
