The aim was to test temperature cycles, pressure curves and long-term loads in an efficient, reproducible and documented manner - without manual effort and without traditional programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The implementation was carried out with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delphin.de\/en\/products\/measurement-software\/profisignal\/profisignal-klicks\/\">ProfiSignal Klicks<\/a> and the Delphin measurement and automation systems. The entire test sequence was graphically mapped using structure diagrams - including start conditions, loops, decision logic and error handling. Thanks to \"Programming by Selection\", users were able to compile test sequences from predefined function blocks at the click of a mouse without having to write any code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user interface enabled intuitive input of test parameters and live visualization of temperature, pressure and flow values. The Delphin hardware took over both the precise measurement data acquisition and the direct control of actuators such as valves and heaters. After each test cycle, a detailed log was automatically generated and archived in a database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result: significantly less effort, greater process reliability and complete traceability.
