In this video, we show how our ProfiMessage D device is used in a customer application to automate test sequences for enclosure cooling units. A climate chamber is used to simulate different ambient temperatures, measured values are recorded with thermocouples and visualized in our ProfiSignal software. This allows temperature and energy curves to be precisely evaluated, target\/actual deviations to be detected and clear statements to be made about the quality of the test specimen. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In this application, we demonstrate how an Expert Logger device is used in pharmaceutical development to control and monitor filtration and dosing processes. Analog and digital inputs and outputs are used to control pumps, switch valves and read pressure sensors. At the same time, the AuditTrail function in ProfiSignal ensures seamless documentation - including user administration and mandatory comments in the event of changes. All measurement and process data is stored synchronously in local and network databases to ensure maximum reliability. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In this application, we demonstrate how an Expert Logger device is used for end-of-line testing of clamping arms. The existing engine control unit is controlled via an OPC UA interface, while sensors record force and position values. The user selects the clamping type, defines test positions, tolerances and test cycles and starts the process directly via the user interface. The evaluation, including a PDF report with a pass\/fail assessment, then takes place automatically. Thanks to pre-engineering and flexible interfaces, integration into the existing environment was possible quickly - without converting the existing systems.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

In this video, we demonstrate how the Expert Vibro device is used for vibration monitoring on an engine test bench. An electric motor drives a generator via a gearbox, whereby real loads are simulated by different torques. Vibrations are recorded in high resolution via acceleration sensors and transmitted to the customer's existing test bench control system via a CAN interface. The evaluation takes place in real time - including early detection of bearing damage and imbalances. This allows development errors to be avoided at an early stage and components to be optimized in a targeted manner. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In this application, we show how an Expert Logger device is used to analyze energy consumption in streetcars. Using current and voltage measurement in combination with GPS data, travel profiles can be evaluated and potential savings identified. Whether fast starts, heavy braking or skipping stops - every scenario is recorded and visualized in the ProfiSignal software. The data can also be displayed as KML files in Google Earth. The data is transmitted live via a GSM module and VPN, so that the operator has access to the data at all times - even during operation. This allows routes, timetables and maintenance intervals to be optimized in a targeted manner.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
