However, there is often a gap between the laboratory and industrial application - especially when it comes to automated, reproducible test systems. This is precisely where a joint research project between the Technical University of Dresden and Delphin Technology AG comes in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with Delphin Technology, a fixed-bed reactor was created in which all facets of laboratory automation were consistently implemented. While the TU Dresden team was responsible for the chemical process control, the reactor geometry and the scientific methodology, Delphin Technology contributed its many years of experience in industrial automation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The result:<\/strong> a compact, easy-to-maintain system with an independent measuring, control and regulation unit, intuitive graphical user interface and comprehensive safety logic.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The construction of the reactor served not only to optimize the process, but also as a practical example of efficient collaboration between research and industry. The article shows how clear interfaces between science and technology can create robust, scalable solutions that significantly shorten the path from basic research to industrial application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delphin Technology supports research and industry partners worldwide in the realization of automated measurement and testing systems - from conception to digital data analysis.
