There, thermocouples used in blast furnaces are automatically calibrated using our Delphin technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delphin.de\/en\/products\/measuring-testing-devices\/compact-data-acquisition-loggito\/\" data-type=\"produkt\" data-id=\"2059\">Loggito Logger -<\/a> with multiple analog inputs for precise measurement of thermoelectric voltages. The hardware is complemented by our software platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delphin.de\/en\/products\/measurement-software\/profisignal\/\" data-type=\"produkt\" data-id=\"2335\">ProfiSignal <\/a>as well as a custom SQL database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer has several calibration ovens. For each oven, calibration templates (e.g., temperature steps such as 10 \u00b0C \/ 20 \u00b0C \/ 30 \u00b0C) and sensor data lists can be created. The calibration process starts automatically\u2014including stabilization detection, measurement data acquisition, and direct logging of all test data into the SQL database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon completion, a report is automatically generated, including a pass\/fail evaluation based on the specified tolerances.
