Synchronous acquisition
The basis is formed by our measuring and testing devices, which work autonomously and record the measurement data independently of a PC. The high flexibility of the devices and the measuring case, which is manufactured according to the customer's requirements, allow a wide range of uses on various systems, machines and components. Analogue inputs record pressures, flows, quantities; pulse inputs record electricity, gas and water consumption. Four-phase power data can also be recorded via electrical transducers. The intuitive ProfiSignal software provides all the necessary tools for evaluation.

Practical example
Optimisation of service and acceptance measurements
A company develops, among other things, filling systems for the beverage industry. A measuring case was needed that can measure electrical power data in addition to standard signals and pulses. Ten electrical measuring points, each three-phase, partly up to 1000 A, flow rates of liquids and gases, compressed air meters as well as temperatures are to be measured simultaneously and synchronously. In addition, electrical measuring points will also be able to be connected wirelessly via special measuring transducers. AC currents are measured by flexible Rogowski coils, so that no busbars have to be cut open. The energy measurement case is used for service and acceptance measurements at the customer's site and represents a universal and flexible tool in combination with ProfiSignal.
