Versatile, compatible testing of hydraulic pumps
A manufacturer of hydraulic pumps has designed three test stands for tests during development in the 30 kW, 90 kW and 250 kW classes. This required fast measurement data acquisition and evaluation. As a large number of parameters are measured and the sampling rate had to be possible up to 100 kHz, the Expert Key C devices were selected as hardware for installation in the control cabinet. Using the ProfiSignal Klicks software, users can now carry out their specific testing and evaluation tasks independently. Particular emphasis was placed on Office compatibility.
