Precise and versatile testing of hydraulic pumps
A leading manufacturer of hydraulic pumps has implemented three performance-differentiated test benches for tests during development - graded to performance classes of 30 kW, 90 kW and 250 kW. The aim was to efficiently test and evaluate both individual components and complete systems under realistic conditions. In order to meet the high requirements for measurement speed and data diversity, the company decided to use the Expert Key C-Series for control cabinet integration. These data acquisition devices offer a sampling rate of up to 100 kHz and therefore also enable the analysis of fast, transient processes - a decisive advantage when testing dynamic systems such as hydraulic pumps. Visualization and evaluation are carried out via the ProfiSignal softwarewhich allows the intuitive creation of individual test sequences and evaluation functions - without any programming knowledge. Test engineers can react flexibly to new test requirements and configure their own test sequences and user interfaces independently.
