The software package for developers is ideal for creating your own applications. Via the programming interface, measurement and control data can be read out from Delphin's measuring and testing devices, data can be exchanged with the DataService and measurement databases can be read out. It is also very easy to read in measurement data from third-party devices by means of an ASCII DLL. With the help of a Python wrapper, the Python programming language can also be used for development.

ProfiSignal software / DataService API
With the DataService driver, measured values from third-party software can be transferred to the DataService and saved. It is also possible to read out historical data from the DataService.

The Python library is available for accessing the measurement data of the Delphin measuring and test equipment and the database in hds format (binary format). The Python library is used in conjunction with the 64-bit Windows DLL of the DataService API. This then enables access to the hds files from Python scripts.

The ASCII DLL is set up as a driver in the DataService/DataCenter. Based on this driver, couplings to third-party hardware can be created on an ASCII basis.
