Self-sufficient, secure data storage and data acquisition
Imagine being able to securely and independently store your most valuable measurement data and access it at any time without having to worry about external influences or security breaches. Self-sufficient and secure data storage and data acquisition with Delphin allows you to keep control of your information, protecting it from unauthorized access while ensuring it is always available.
What advantages does self-sufficient data storage with Delphin offer you?
- Cost-efficient complete solution: An affordable option for recording and monitoring a wide range of sensor signals, making measurement and monitoring processes cost-effective and efficient.
- Versatile signal support: Support for voltages, currents, temperatures, pressures and fill levels and much more to cover different measurement data acquisition requirements.
- Acquisition of digital signals: The ability to also record digital signals such as pulses and switching operations extends the range of applications and increases flexibility in use.
- Customizable measuring intervals: Flexible measurement rates from a few microseconds to hourly intervals allow individual adaptation to specific measurement requirements.
- Independent data collection: Stand-alone data loggers, which work without a PC, offer reliable and location-independent recording of measurement data.
- Safe storage even in the event of a power failure: Measured values remain securely stored even in the event of a power failure, preventing data loss.
- Automatic restart: Once the power supply is restored, data acquisition continues automatically, saving time and minimizing manual intervention.
- Easy data accessibilityConvenient access to stored data via the local network (LAN) enables fast evaluation and analysis.
- Reliable monitoring and alerting: Advanced monitoring and alarm functions directly in the field ensure seamless monitoring and an immediate response if limit values are exceeded.
We pay particular attention to the high reliability and durability of our data loggers. Typical areas of application are
- Research & Development
- Test stands
- Environmental data acquisition underground and above ground
- Temperature monitoring
- Laboratory data acquisition
- Road tests
Practical example of self-sufficient data storage and data acquisition
Mobile water treatment plant
Mobile water treatment plants are used in crisis areas. The systems are installed on trucks or trailers. The Delphin Data logger continuously and autonomously record numerous important process parameters such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates and fault messages. Quality parameters such as conductivity are monitored and an acoustic and visual signal alerts the operator on site if limit values are exceeded. The data memory is evaluated in the operations center via a UMTS module. The system automatically sends e-mails in the event of faults in data recording.
