Self-sufficient and secure data storage and data collection enables companies to use their data effectively and make informed decisions while protecting the privacy of their customers. Self-sufficient data storage means that data is backed up locally on your own servers or storage systems instead of being stored in the cloud or with third-party providers. This provides more control over the data and minimizes the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access. Secure data collection refers to the process of collecting data, whether through sensors, monitoring systems or other sources.
The LogMessage device can record practically all sensor signals such as voltages, currents, temperatures, pressures or fill levels. Data acquisition of digital signals such as counters or switches is also possible. The measuring rates range from one msec to hourly intervals. The data logger works autonomously without a PC and keeps the measured values safely in the data memory for months, even in the event of a power failure. When the power supply returns, the devices restart automatically and data storage continues. The data memory is read out via LAN. Data acquisition with the LogMessage data loggers also enable monitoring and alarm functions.

Mobile water treatment plant
Mobile water treatment plants are used in crisis areas. The systems are installed on trucks or trailers. The Delphin data loggers record numerous important process parameters such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates and fault messages continuously and autonomously. Quality parameters such as conductivity are monitored and an audible and visual signal alerts the user on site if limit values are exceeded. The data memory is evaluated in the operations center via a UMTS module. The system automatically sends e-mails in the event of faults in data recording.
