Fully automated testing of an air release valve test device
A manufacturer of plastic tank systems relies on ProfiMessage devices and ProfiSignal Klicks software to automate a ventilation valve testing device. Five different, fully automated test sequences can be carried out, and a manual operating mode is also available for servicing purposes. The valve test stand is shown here as an overview diagram. Each valve can be switched manually. The test results are determined using ProfiSignal and can be printed out in the form of a report or exported to Excel. Graphics and trends are available as vector-based graphics. The conversion and installation of the ProfiMessage devices and the creation of the entire application, including all tests and test runs, was completed in ten days.
