Delphin Expert Vibro devices are installed in the turbine and monitor critical vibration parameters in real time. They are connected to the control system via redundant PROFIBUS interfaces, ensuring maximum operational reliability. An international gas turbine manufacturer was confronted with unexpected shutdowns, the causes of which could only be determined with a time delay - a costly risk.

Our solution:
Delphin systems were installed directly on the gas turbines on site. These record vibration data locally and transmit it regularly, encrypted via the internet, to the central headquarters. The challenge:
In modern baggage handling systems, such as those used at airports, defective rollers on transport carriers often cause unexpected stoppages that can disrupt the entire operation.

Our solution:
Each carrier is equipped with two acceleration sensors that continuously record vibration data. This raw data is pre-processed directly in the measuring system, compressed and transmitted to the control system via OPC UA. The specially developed evaluation logic originates from the in-house Delphin application development.
