FFT | The Fast Fourier Transformation is a signal processing method in the frequency domain. Using the Fourier transformation, signals can be converted from the time domain (time point, sampled value) to the frequency domain (frequency component, amplitude, phase). Many operations are much easier to perform in frequency space. For example, shaft vibrations and bearing vibrations can be calculated and evaluated in the device.
