Sensor characteristic curve

Sensor characteristic curve | Graphical representation of the electrical measured value output by the sensor via the non-electrical measured variable to which the sensor responds. E.g. voltage (mV) over temperature (°C). Sensor characteristic curves are ideally linear. The special features of the individual measurement setup and interferences on it may require the setting of sensor compensation.
