Wheatstone measuring bridge

Wheatstone measuring bridge | The Wheatstone bridge circuit can be used to measure electrical resistances, e.g. for measurements with strain gauges (strain gages, force transducers). Relative resistance changes are determined here. The strain gauge is one of four resistors in a voltage divider circuit consisting of two pairs of resistors (bridge branches). In the calibrated state, there is no potential difference between the two branches, i.e. no current flows between them and no differential voltage is measured. The Delphin Expert Logger 100 devices can supply a Wheatstone measuring bridge with a supply voltage. The differential voltage is specified relative to the supply voltage.
