What is a temperature data logger?
Temperature data loggers are processor-controlled, technical devices that are used to measure and monitor temperatures and often also humidity. The measured data is stored and, depending on the data logger version, can also be transferred directly to other devices such as PLCs via communication interfaces. Temperature data loggers are used in the monitoring of cold chains, the storage of food, the production and transportation of pharmaceuticals as well as in test fields and research. Multifunctional data loggers are often used instead of temperature data loggers. These can measure and process various other physical values in addition to temperature thanks to freely configurable analog and digital inputs.

There is a great need for compact measured value acquisition. Minimal space in the control cabinet, decentralized and mobile applications, measurements with just a few channels - there are numerous areas of application.
Additional measurement technology is to be retrofitted for a retrofit of industrial systems. However, space in the control cabinet is very limited. What is important for compact measured value acquisition
Small and handy measurement technology: With dimensions of 95 x 67 x 65 mm and a weight of just 220 g, the Loggito measuring device is very compact.
No channel overhead: Loggito has four or eight universal analog inputs (mV, mA, thermocouples, Pt100, Pt1000) and two digital inputs and outputs.
Universally applicable: Loggito can be easily integrated into existing infrastructures thanks to its protocol openness (OPC UA, Modbus, ASCII) and variety of interfaces (LAN, WLAN, USB).
Self-sufficient, decentralized operation: Suitable for cost-effective networking of decentralized measuring points independent of a PC. The measurement data remains stored in the measuring device even if the network fails.
High accuracy: Thanks to an A/D converter with 24-bit resolution, even very small changes in measured values are recorded very accurately and step effects in the measured values are avoided.
